課程簡介:

  學習奧修式靜心的技巧,以及透過與人分享、向外介紹靜心的過程中,將能更深化你對靜心的領悟。帶著這份了解,你可以與更多人分享靜心的芬芳,包括朋友、或企業培訓、健身中心、SPA、靜心中心、治療性團體或任何創造性的工作當中。

培訓內容:

  什麼是靜心?誰是奧修?奧修是什麼?

  基本的奧修動態式的靜心原理、步驟以及靜心氛圍的培育。將介紹的靜心包括:動態靜心(Dynamic)、亢答里尼靜心(Kundalini)、那達布拉瑪靜心(Nadabrahma)、味帕沙那(Vipassana)與白袍靜心(Evening Meeting

  紮根、放鬆的溝通與設備的使用。

  常見的問題以及回應的方式。

  練習呈現,並將有中肯的回應。

  接受培訓者須做過奧修動態式的靜心。

The First Weekend Group: Training OSHO Meditation Facilitator 1

Enjoy deepening your understanding of the OSHO Meditations while you are learning the skills and gaining the confidence to introduce OSHO meditations to others … whether sharing with friends or in a business environment, health club, spa, meditation center, therapeutic and creativity work:

What is meditation? Who/what is OSHO?
Basic OSHO Active Meditations, OSHO Dynamic, Kundalini, Nadabrahma, Vipassana and Evening Meeting: their science, steps, surrounding climate
Grounding, relaxed communication, equipment use
Role of facilitator, guidelines for facilitating
Frequently Asked Questions and how to respond
Presentation practice with supportive feedback

第二階段

  現在你已經接受了第一階的培訓了,本週我們將會走得更深,會用一些時間深入了解某些不是那麼常被做的奧修式的靜心。它們是:戴瓦嘛尼(Devavani)、金色光(Golden Light)、葛利香卡(Gourishankar)、曼陀羅(Mandala)、那塔若吉(Nataraj)、無邊無際(No-Dimensions)、奧修禪(OSHO Zen)與參禪(Zazen)。

  同時,我們也會深入去看要如何規劃靜心活動。哪些靜心比較適合早上、哪些比較適合下午、又是哪些靜心比較適合夜晚?各自的原因又是如何?針對這部分,奧修已經給出了非常科學的解釋。

  課程當中會有回覆問題的時間,你也有機會實際上場帶領靜心活動。若你對自己的靜心有疑惑,當場也能夠提出來討論。

  奧修說:「當你一直在做動態式的靜心,漸漸地,你會開始覺得靜坐的狀態越來越好,然後你會開始想,為什麼不停止那些動態的靜心呢?如果你停止動態式的,幾天之內你就會發現靜態的靜心也不見了。

  就是現在,持續下去,只有在靜態靜心也不再需要時,我才會要你停止動態式的靜心。因為它們是兩極,它們是彼此相連的──它們是一個銅板的兩面。那個時刻會來到。直到某一天你不再需要靜態的靜心,那時你才可以停下這兩者。在這之前,不要這麼做。」

The Second Weekend Group: Training OSHO Meditation Facilitator 2

Now that you have done the basic training, we will go further and deeper!... and with enough time to get to know and understand a number of OSHO meditations that you haven’t done so often and maybe not know so well.
The following OSHO meditations will be covered: Devavani, Golden Light, Gourishankar, Mandala, Nataraj, No-Dimensions, Zazen and OSHO Zen.

Also we will look more deeply into designing Meditation days. Which meditations are suitable for the morning, which for the afternoon, which for the evening? And why? Osho has given a scientific approach for that as well.

We will have time to answer questions, you will present and facilitate meditations yourself and also you can bring questions about your own meditation.

Osho explains: “When you do active meditations, by and by, you will start feeling that now when you sit silently it is going so well, so why not stop the active? If you stop the active, within a few days you will feel that the passive meditation has also disappeared.
Right now, continue. I only suggest dropping the active meditation when even the passive is not needed. Because they are polars, they are joined together – they are two aspects of the same coin.
A moment will come....
One day when you feel that now even the passive is not needed, you can drop both, but not before it.”

 

治療師簡介:

蘇地爾是一位非常有經驗的靜心者,過去三十年間,他以各種不同的靜心技巧幫助無數人領略靜心的竅門。

  他曾接受自Brian Alman博士,現代催眠學之父Milton Erickson博士的弟子,接受自我催眠的訓練課程。並隨H. Hoenderdos研習神經語言學(NLP)與催眠。

  在過去十年,蘇地爾投入印度普那社區管理的同時,於社區帶領神秘玫瑰,無念靜心,坐禪,再生,靜心自我催眠,工作與生活的內在技巧,等各項靜心課程。他是奧修靈氣師父。
